All orders purchased on the SG store will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.
Orders placed on the weekends or Hong Kong public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please see the product page for exact processing time for your product, certain products have a processing lead time of up to 14 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking information for your package.
Once an order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 working days to be delivered to Singapore. Once a shipment has been sent out, we request you to keep a close eye by tracking the shipment, so the package can be received by you as soon as possible. In Singapore, the shipment may be sent back to the shipper after 14 days if the receiver is not available for delivery. This is outside the control of Clear 4 Vision, and we will not refund any cost as a result for loss due to returned delivery.
Although we offer free shipping to Singapore for all orders placed, there is a shipping fee being incurred by us. In the event a package is undelivered due to the customer providing us with an incorrect address, there will be additional charges which need to be paid by the customer if the package needs to be re-routed.
You may receive multiple packages for your order in case we are awaiting restock on part of the order, your balance order will be shipped as soon as possible. For your convenience, we will try to pack equal powers in each package (if you have ordered more than one power in your order).
All purchases made on Clear4Vision.com are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place. The relevant authorities may require the customer to submit their address proof, or ID proof. The customer will be solely responsible for submitting these documents on time, to avoid delay in their shipment release.
Please note that Clear4Vision.com is strictly a B2C(Business to Customer) platform and if we suspect that any customers are buying Contact Lenses on our website and re-selling it in Singapore, we will immediately cancel their unshipped orders and will refund them and will block their account. Under Singapore laws, we are not allowed to sell to re-sellers, orders on this website need to be strictly for personal use.
